A: All Clarity Precision Speaker Cables come with a 90 Days Total Satisfaction Guarantee. This Guarantee starts from the DATE OF PURCHASE. For whatever reason that the cables need to be returned, please ship them back to us ASAP. If the RECEIPT DATE (based on the carrier's tracking information) of the returning cables exceeds 90 days, say on the 91st day, from the DATE OF PURCHASE, we shall return the cables to you, and NO refund will be entertained.

Q: For some reasons I do not like your cables, how can I return your cables and get my money back?
A: All Clarity Precision Speaker Cables come with a 90 Days Total Satisfaction Guarantee. For whatever reason that you do not like the cables, simply return the UNDAMAGED and UNALTERED cables to us for your FULL refund. The return MUST be done within 90 days from the date of purchase. No refund will be entertained if the receipt date of returning cables exceeds 90 days from the date of purchase.

Q: What should I do if my cable needs to be repaired?
A: Within the 90 Days Satisfaction Guarantee period, Clarity Precision will REPLACE all returning cables because of workmanship or material defect.
