Q: Why do you have a Referral Program like this?

A: Clarity Precision Speaker Cables is a small company, and we do not have good marketing budget to market our product even though we know we have the best speaker cables in the market. Besides, 40% of our business were generated by referrals, we would like to further consolidate this revenue stream. 

Q: When Can I start referring my friend?

A: This referral program is designed for EXISTING CP customers. However, you can start referring your friend as long as you are in our mailing list. If you are not an existing customer, and you would like to refer a friend, please enroll to our mailing list first. By enrolling to our mailing list, we can create an account for you in our Referral database.

Q: How does this Referral Program work?

A: Simply tell your friend to write down your First Name, Last Name and your Birth Year to the Special Instructions box on the same screen for payment method.  For example: John Doe 1970

Q: What if my friend forgets to write down my details?

A:  Please ask your friend to send us a mail (via Contact Us at our homepage) providing the same information ASAP.

Q: Can I refer myself, and take the credit?

A: NO. Our database will automictically reject the referral. 

Q: How much money do I get from each successful referral?

A: $30. This $30 does not do anything with the value of the new order.

Q: When can I make use of my credit?

A: It will be AFTER the 90 Days Money Back Guarantee period. As a Total Satisfaction Guarantee to all customers, Clarity Precision offers a 90 Days Money Back Guarantee. For whatever reason customer does not like our cables, customer can return the cables to us for his/her full refund.

Q: When will this referral program start?

A: August 13, 2023

Q: When will this referral program end?

A: This Referral Program will last when we are still in the business. However, for whatever reason that we need to stop this Referral Program, we shall notify you 90 days in advance, and we shall redeem all your available credits, and send you a check.

Q: How long will my credit good for?

A: Each credit will be good for THREE (3) years.

Q: What can I do with my credit?

A: You got two options. You can either request to get a check of your total available credit at the end of each calendar year, or you can make use of the credit for your next cables purchase with us. Please be reminded that we will NOT automatically write you a check at the end of the calendar year UNLESS you raise up a request.

Q: How do I know how much credit I have?

A: You can contact us to get your credit update. We will provide you a report on the total credit you have, your referrals details.

Q: Is my credit transferrable?

A: Sorry, NO.

Q: Can I make use of my credit to purchase speaker cables (or other items) that are being on sale?

A: Yes, your credit is regarded as "Payment in advance," and it is as good as CASH to us.
